I've had a fingernail infection for decades. I had the nail both removed (Mass General Hand Clinic) and years later, a manicurist removed about 3/4 of the nail. Nothing worked. The infection always grew back. I've been using Onychom for about 3-4 weeks now and it has lessened in size and area. I would imagine it'll take months to finally completely die off, however. Which is okay. I've waited this long so I'm hoping the progress continues.

I ordered Anti-fungal Laser Enhancer on 10/6/2023 but received Pentachom Photodynamic Laser Enhancer on 10/21/2923. Dermachom sent me a complimentary replacement Antifungal Laser Enhancer. I have been using the Pentachom serum since then with my Onychom Antifungal Laser Device on the toe in the picture. I have been using it twice daily performing Cold Laser treatment followed by Pulse Laser treatment. Although I have been treating my toe for a little over 1 month, I can see improvement in the nail’s appearance. I have made a commitment to continuing twice daily treatments for at least 6 months and longer if necessary.

The two lights work very well. Adding the enhancer the improvement is more rapid. I never realized that toe nail growth was slower than finger nail growth. One has to be patient Togather they work very well as you can see . My left nail was 1/4 fungus and it it has improved to a point where it is almost gone.

I am using this together with the Anti-fungal laser. As my treatment is only a couple months old, it is difficult for me to judge whether or not it makes any difference to the underlying laser treatment. However, it is easy to apply and one tube lasts ~3 weeks (I am treating a total of 8 toenails) so I think it is reasonably good value. If the combined treatment does work, then it will all have been worth it!

I've been using the device for a couple months now. The nail is growing out nicely. The only minor complaint is that the timer numbers are upside down once on the toe. It should be the other way around so it easier to read.

My wife was confined to a wheelchair after she suffered eight strokes. I had hoped to bring her some joy by taking her out and getting her a high-end manicure and pedicure.
