Refund Policy

All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

On top of this, Onychom also comes with a 180-day money back guarantee.

To start a return, you must complete the online form so that we can process the return and refund correctly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Terms & Conditions
You can return the product without any reason up to 30 days after the date of delivery.

For Onychom, if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal after this 30 days period, we provide an extended right to return the product up to 180 days after purchase. To have this right, you must accept the conditions contained in this Refund Policy.

As you might expect there are some key terms and conditions to be aware of.

The key points to be aware of are (available from 13rd of June, 2022):

- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- It must be postmarked no later than 30 or 180 days after the date of purchase ( depending on the type of right of withdrawal ). 180 days return only available for Onychom device purchases.
- A copy of(not the original) the purchase receipt must be included.
- The returns form must be completed and included.
- The shipment cost to return the product is your responsibility. Dermachom will not cover this fee.
- No refunds will be made for any product damaged by accident, neglect, unreasonable use, or lost in the post.

Additional conditions for the extended right of withdrawal:

- The extended, 180-day refund applies only to the Onychom product. Other products on the webshop are subject to general refund rules.

- To prove that the product was used correctly, you must take a photo of your toe 2 times every week and attach the process in email after filling out the refund form. The photos will be checked as to whether they have been taken on the proper dates. By accepting the conditions contained in this policy and sending the photos, you give your consent to the use of the submitted photos for product development purposes. The company will not release the submitted images to third parties, it will only be used to prove that the product is defective or ineffective.

-With the purchase, the consumer accepts that the purchased device is a personal care device, which, in the event of a possible return, the Seller cannot resell due to hygiene regulations, so the used devices will be destroyed. For this reason, as described in this Refund Policy, our company requests the above-described photos sent as proof of the reason for the return in the case of returns beyond 30 days. If this is unacceptable on your part, in that case we cannot guarantee you the possibility of repurchase after 30 days.

- You must allow 30 working days for handling.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Limited Warranty
All Dermachom devices come with a 1-year limited factory warranty. If your Dermachom device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back to be repaired or replaced by our warranty department. If the Dermachom device is still within the 1-year warranty time period, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
