We want you to feel confident shopping with Dermachom. Below is a clear summary of our policies:


30-Day Money Back Guarantee – applies to all products.


Extended 90-Day Guarantee (Devices only) – Onychom, Pentachom, and Pentachom SE. Requires proof of consistent use (see below).


Enhancers (serums/accelerators) – covered under the 30-day policy only. Once opened or used, enhancers cannot be returned.


Return Shipping – customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


1-Year Extended Warranty (Devices only) – available for purchase at checkout for $14.99.


Refund Policy (30 Days)

All products are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee.


To be eligible, items must be unused (or in original condition), in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


A return request must be submitted through our online return form before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return requests must be submitted, and items shipped, within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


Please allow up to 30 business days for return processing and refund handling, although most refunds are processed much faster.


Extended 90-Day Guarantee (Devices Only)

For Onychom, Pentachom, and Pentachom SE, we offer an extended 90-day money back guarantee with these conditions:


- Customers must provide two weekly photos of the treated nail(s) by email, along with the refund request.

Photos confirm consistent use and may be used internally for product development. They will never be shared with third parties.


Devices are personal care items and cannot be resold. Devices returned after 30 days are destroyed for hygiene reasons.


Return requests must be submitted, and items shipped, within 90 days of purchase.


If you do not agree to the photo requirement, the refund guarantee is limited to 30 days only.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

- Refunds are not available for items damaged by accident, neglect, or misuse. Please use your device according to instructions to ensure coverage. 


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

- Opened or used enhancers/serums. 

- Personal care goods (once used). 

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.


Limited Warranty

All Dermachom devices include a 90-day limited factory warranty covering repairs or replacements if your device malfunctions.

A 1-Year Extended Warranty may be purchased at checkout for $14.99 (devices only).


Before returning a device, please contact our support team at hello@dermachom.com with the device, power cord, and original packaging ready for troubleshooting.


Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
