I am a manicurist in a spa and have tried everything topical and oral. This is the only thing that has worked. I use the enhancer as well. I tell my clients about this product all the time.

Working as expected. Toe nail grows slow. I do see new growing healthy toe nail.

Does not work.

It works great on my nail fungus. It even seems to help when I get an infection from an ingrown toenail.

Only 1 month into using it, but I can tell a reduction already. I use it 3-5 times a week.

Its been a long battle. Even my issue is not that bad , but I am just tired to have it. Now , with new device seems like I am winning the battle against nail fungus. Its not over yet, but close.

It was easy and it worked!

This is my second one. The first one quit working. It seems to help but I use other medications also.

Have only used the Onychom for four weeks. Very easy to use, holds a charge for a decent amount of time. A little too soon to know if it's actually having a positive effect, but I do think I'm seeing some signs of improvement.

I have tried a few things to shift the fungus - initially I tried supplements because, as we are all told, everything starts in your gut. I did see a very small improvement after 6 months but wasn't happy and didn't continue with the meds. Then I tried the liquid you paint onto your nail. I saw an improvement with this after 3 months but it was a lot of work for little gain. I then tried the laser. After 2 weeks, it was gone on one big toe nail, in 3 weeks it was gone in another toe. I am now left with one big toe nail and a pinky nail that still have fungus. I think my big toe nail (which started off greeny/grey in colour), will be cured within another month or so. My pinky nail I'm still unsure about but hopefully it will also be cured within another month. My pinky toe nail was a browny/yellow and grew thick and up to a point like this ^.

Great little unit. Already see improvements in 3 weeks.

Although I've been unable to use it every day, I have noticed a difference since starting the treatments..my only critique is that it is time consuming.

I think that I have found the holy grail here ;) The laser device paired with the pen liquid treatment, one month in, this combo seems to be doing the trick !! I have had slightly yellowed toenails for years, and I can see that they are becoming more healthy pink again, after years of different, ineffective treatments.

Simple & easy to use. Would like to know more about what visual affects I should see to be sure it is working. I am visually imparied & could not read the tiny fine print & needed a magnifying glass to type out instructions on the computer - difficult. Wish there were a LARGE PRINT instructions available.

I used it twice a day for the first month and now once a day. It has been two months. I am very pleased. The fungus is nearly gone and the nail is growing back and looks normal.

Very impressed so far - significant improvement after 8 weeks of using the Onychom device in conjunction with the Laser Enhancer.

I am using the Dermachom Laser Nail Fungus tretament device plus the anti-fungal liquid. I have tried various treatments over the years, none of which have worked with the result that my original nail fungus has infected 4 of the toes on my right foot and three on the left. I have started the laser treatment some 2 months ago and although it is too early to say for sure that the treatment is working, nonetheless there is a clear dividing line between the infected section on my right big toe and the infected area. We'll see what happens!

Early days.. I have been using my device for about six weeks now. Ive found it easy to use and established the habit of using it on each affected nail, morning and night. I understand I'll need to do this for a number of months to ensure an improvement and get rid of the fungal nail infection.

Been using the Onychom blue laser every day at least once a day, occasionally twice a day, for about 6 weeks. You can just see the new nail coming in only about 7mm of new growth so far, but it looks fungus-free at the cuticle. Will keep on the routine and see what happens.

I have been battling toenail fungus for a very long time. I have tried just about everything with no permanent results. With Onychom, I have achived great results & nails are almost clear. Will continue to use until I see complete results. Very pleased.

The unit works well, however - when I ordered, there were supposed to be 10 free tubes of the enhancer included. I have not received them.

I’ve been using the onychrom laser for about two months now and am noticing the hyphae retreat in my nail beds. Healthier looking nail growth both in color and texture as well as a reduction in inflammation in the tissue around the nail beds. The cons are that treating all nails individually can take quite a while and I wish the treatment “window” was a little bit larger so I could more easily treat at least two toes at once!

Seems to be working very well so far- I can see the nail lightening up and fungus clearing away. I know this is a lengthy process but so far I believe this is money well spent!!!

It seems to be working. I'm not totally healed but after a month the infected spot has had noticeable changes for what looks to be for the good

I was skeptical because I have for years tried to get rid of this issue on my left big toe. Perscription medication (not cheap), over the counter medication (also not cheap), every remedy I’ve read about from modern fixes to Amish folk lore. Nothing worked! So I thought why not. Been using about three weeks and I am actually seeing improvement. That’s more than I can say about anything else I’ve tried. I will continue to use 2X a day and feel confident I am finally on the right track!

So, this was more than I wanted to pay for a product like this at first. However, the reviews were so good that I sprung for it after my poor kid had their toenails removed to fight this contracted problem. 2 months later, combined with an oral anti-fungal medication, and my daughter's fungus ridden toenails have cleared up completely and are starting to grow back healthy and fungus free. I wish I'd taken "before" pictures but they were so hideous :-/ Thank you!!!

Purchased the laser for my mom thinking it’s the easiest use item to work on her feet when I’m not there. Within weeks her toe nails started growing normal and without issues! Highly recommend.

Seems to be working can’t tell yet. Would be nice if the read out was not upside down while on your toe. That was not given a great deal of thought

We love our Onychum laser. Both I and my husband use it. He has fungus on several toenails which he has treated for years with OTC medications. They haven't cured it. I am seeing a difference now. I have had toenail fungus on both my big toes for years and I’ve tried various “solutions” to try and rid myself of this annoying condition. Quality piece of equipment, however, no instructions were received with the unit! Without instructions I’m unsure how many cycles to run through with the blue laser and the red pulsing laser. Affected nail seem to be improving. Have been using the unit 3 times per day, and 2 to 3 cycles per session. Any insight regarding my process would be great!!

THis device is like a slow burn- you have to use it daily for weeks to get a result. That is the nature of the device designed for home use. Also, press once to start and get the cold laser for 7 minutes, then it beeps and ends, and press once again to get the red laser (for 7 minutes). Over time, yes it works. Use it with an toe fungal cream and fungal powder. Also, periodically file your nail and get the top, then use a very fine stick to polish it as well. You will be shocked at the progress. Yes this works, be patient ...

Have been using several times a day now for about 2 months and there is definitely improvement in the appearance of the nail, so I’m sticking with it! There is never a quick fix with fungal nail, but this is more promising than anything else I’ve tried.

I have not had it long enough to fully evaluate the efficacy. It would be nice to know the battery status , I don’t like went I have 2 toes to go and the battery dies and takes a long time to charge it up

My nails have had fungus for over 18 years. I’ve tried every topical solution there is and they work but when you stop using them, the fungus comes right back I have had so much success with this product that all of my nail fungus has disappeared and it’s even helped to repair a split that’s been in my nail for years. Had ingrown toenail and fungus in big toenail. After 1 month of using Lazer treatments... I also soaked in warm water with Epsom salt.

I’ve been using this Onychom Antifungal Laser device for several months now and it has worked pretty good. So far, it’s the best on the market for similar products because it’s the only one that has the added benefit of the red/pulsing + infrared lights making this the best device of its kind so far (at least that I’ve found). However, it could be better. In order to improve it, they’d need to change the lights. Currently, it has 3 lights—1 for each of the 3 wavelengths which sit in a triangle position. The problem is that any of the 3 given lights cannot reach the whole toenail(especially on the big toe). If you look at the devices with blue light only, they have 3 blue lights in the same triangle position as the Onychom which covers the whole toenail bed (at least the one I have does). If Onychom can make a device with 6 lights to be used for blue light/cold laser and the same 6 to be used for red/pulsing red + infrared lights, that would be a game changer. Not sure if it’s even possible to have the same light bulb output a different wavelength, but it’d be awesome if it could. I’d be willing to pay the extra few hundred to increase the probability of working more efficiently and with no acrobatic maneuverings to get the right light in the right place. Right now, I’m having to use my other device for the 3 blue lights for the cold/blue light therapy. For the red/pulsing laser light therapy, I have to finagle the Onychom device so that the red light will hit the left corner of my toenail and I also have to set it off-center to hit the top part of the nail bed since the red light is on the bottom right corner of the device. The concept of the blue and red lights work, but it’s just not enough lights for each wavelength to cover the whole toenail. Don’t get me wrong, it’s working, but it could work better and more efficiently.

Very awesome product and company! Mine was stolen out my mailbox and they sent me another one no questions asked when I contacted them and explained what happened. No one wants to spend that kind of money on something so important to their health and well being without some consideration, thank y’all for making it right for me! Will update later with results

I have tried everything that is out there that claims to cure this nasty problem. From natural supplements to topical liquids, ointments . . . etc This was/is the absolutely last attempt that I was willing to try and spend money on. While I cannot say that it has cured the problem, I can say that for the first time, I am seeing improvement and have high hopes that this will be the one treatment that actually works! Hopefully I'll have more to say in the near future.

The whole nail was infected but since using the machine the nail is growing out clear and is finally attached to the nail bed. Would definitely recommend it’s a slow process but definitely working

Does a very good job with fungus

I was exposed to fungus by nail salon who used a grinder to take off polish. She must have used it to take infected clients nail down and not cleaned grinder after as she didn’t clean after using it on my nail! She told me to go to doctor. I didn’t, I bought this device 1st as rx causes other issues. Fungus cleared up quickly . I’ll pass device into salon to use for other clients .

You know, I was pretty skeptical. I mean, I have tried everything to control nail fungus. I have been using it daily for a month or so. Clear progress. Alas, I had to skip a day. Immediate regression to earlier status. Absolute proof of effectiveness. I will be good and use it daily. I know it works, if you just keep up the regimen.

I've had the worst toenail fungus for years from the first and only time I got a pedicure (from the shadiest nail salon I've ever seen). I went to the doctor shortly after I noticed it, and was told to "just paint the nail." Needless to say, that did NOT help and it's been over a decade of struggling with the fungus. I pretended for two years that my nail was improving using drugstore brush on products, but then my nail developed a small tear close to the nail bed. I ordered this laser light immediately and after three uses on red laser light, I was able to tear the nail away completely with total separation and no pain, or redness(beautifully pink underneath). It’s early yet but I am beginning to see healthy nails return and I am very encouraged. My husband and I both notice positive results and we have referred my sister and her husband and they have also ordered onychom. My suggestion for an even better experience would be to make it easier to fit small toes in the device and perhaps to adapt a way for all toes to be treated at once.

Seems to work. I was a bit surprised it was shipped from China. As a result, it took a bit of time to receive it. It is slightly large and as a result, it doesn't stay on my toes very well because it is large and top heavy. It stays on my big toe pretty well, but not so on all of my other toes. Nevertheless, it appears to be of good quality, and I like that it has 2 modes. I am guessing this review will not be posted. If it is.... cheers!

After trying so many liquid products and pills that had empty promises ( never worked) I decided to do something different to treat my nail fungus that I have for so many years. I purchased the Onychom laser and have been using everyday in the morning and at night. It has been one month and I am already noticing improvement . I took a picture on the first day at the start of treatment and another picture now. I will post for anybody to see that it looks like is finally killing the fungus. I plan to continue to use everyday in hope that this will cure this nasty fungus . It will be a dream to have healthy mail again.

I just started but the direction did not give any application information. How many times a day? Everyday?

I have been using the device faithfully twice a day since I received it five weeks ago. It seems to be having some effect on an infection that dates back many years. The device has two modes, and I have not seen any instructions as to which mode is most effective, so I alternate them daily. More instructions would be helpful in that area.

Left big toe-nail is better looking now than when I started. Wish I had taken a photo. But what interests me more is at the bottom of the infected nail, there appears to be healthy new growth. What I should really do is photograph the nail once every month, and if we see the healthy nail advance and replace the infected one, well, case closed. It works.
